For decades, Brazilian traffic agents issued infraction notices on carbon paper ticket books. Each notice was handwritten, with handwriting that often became illegible. Filling errors generated mass nullifications in appeal instances. There was no photo, no geolocation, no material evidence beyond the agent's word.

The system automatically generates the complete infraction dossier: georeferenced photos, vehicle data queried in real time, legal classification, officer identification, and all information required by legislation. The dossier is instantly transmitted to the traffic authority or stored locally for later synchronization.
