Itajaí: 58 PDAs for Electronic Traffic Ticketing

In Itajaí, 58 active PDAs sustain the Electronic Traffic Ticketing system used by every city traffic officer. The operation with Lapaza gives field teams a common routine with identified access, shift opening, guided traffic notice entry, review and transmission to the processing environment.

During field work, the officer enters vehicle data, selects the applicable classification and associates notes, images, date, time and location when required by procedure. Field validations help identify missing or incompatible information before submission without removing the officer responsibility for observing and confirming the event.

With 58 devices distributed among officers, continuity and device management are part of the operating design. When connectivity fluctuates, the record remains in the PDA workflow and synchronization resumes under the configured rules. Authorized staff monitor queues, responses and integration failures without requiring officers to recreate field work.
