Digipare, 43 parking meters and integrated enforcement in Cabo Frio

In Cabo Frio, our technology connects parking activation channels with field operations. Digipare lets drivers register a license plate, buy credits and activate parking from a phone. The operation also provides 43 Digicon parking meters for on-street use. Municipal enforcement teams use the Electronic Ticket Book.

The 43 units are Digicon Street Terminals powered by solar energy and equipped to accept coins, prepaid cards, debit cards and credit cards. Digicon's deployment record places the meters in Centro, Praia do Forte, Gamboa and Peró.

The app and parking meters give drivers more than one way to regularize a parking session. This is especially important in Cabo Frio, where residents and visitors share commercial and tourism areas and demand changes throughout the year. Hours, rates, exemptions and other rules should always be checked through official municipal channels.

In the field, the Electronic Ticket Book structures the work of authorized officers with guided data entry, evidence capture, online and offline operation, and transmission to the authority's environment. The officer reviews the plate, classification, notes and other elements before confirming the record. The technology does not issue citations automatically: observation of the facts, classification, review and the decision remain with the competent officer and authority.

Cabo Frio's municipal government presents Digipare and parking meters as payment channels for metered parking. Viagem e Turismo magazine also included the app in its Lakes Region guide, showing how the digital channel reaches visitors who need to understand the local operation.
