Why every municipality is unique

Every city has a different profile. Financial profile, traffic engineering profile, parking space occupancy profile. Some operate with hundreds of spaces in a concentrated commercial area. Others distribute thousands of spaces along dozens of kilometers of roads.

Solutions that measure occupancy cannot be the same for everyone. A municipality with a restricted budget needs a different approach than one that already has camera infrastructure installed. A city with an active enforcement fleet can extract occupancy data as a byproduct of the work it already does.
