Registration, vehicles, balance, activations, receipts, payment, alerts and renewal options depend on the enabled features and local operating rules. Before parking, users must check the city, zone, period, price and current conditions in the app.
Does Digipare work in any city?
No. Digipare works in cities and operations that adopt the app. Before parking, confirm that the channel is accepted at that location, select the city and check the zone, period, rate and other conditions shown.
Who defines rates, operating hours and maximum stay?
These rules are defined by the city and the operation responsible for regulated parking. Digipare shows the conditions configured for the selected city and zone, but it does not create or change local policy.
What payment methods does Digipare accept?
Available payment methods are shown in the app and may vary by city, account and operation. Check the payment screen before confirming.
How does Digipare integrate with enforcement?
Digipare records the activation linked to the plate and makes it available to the enforcement system. When the OCR vehicle reads a plate, the operation checks that activation before flagging a possible irregularity. Integration reduces differences between payment and enforcement; time, plate, zone and synchronization records make it possible to investigate exceptions before administrative action.
