Direct municipal contract and integrated operation in Cariacica

Through Consórcio Rotativo Cariacica Digital, we provide metered parking services directly to the Municipality of Cariacica alongside Locaparq Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda., the partner responsible for the Lapazza equipment. Agreement No. 128/2021 follows Electronic Auction No. 85/2021 and covers the leasing, maintenance and deployment of the integrated management system. This is a municipal service agreement, not a concession.

The agreement connects multi-space parking meters, mobile equipment, an app, management software, training and assisted operation. In the current operation, Digipare provides mobile purchase and activation. The 33 Lapazza parking meters serve drivers who prefer on-street equipment, with card or coin payments. Transactions converge on the same operating base, allowing parking sessions and regularity to be checked without fragmenting management.

One OCR vehicle equipped with Olho Vivo Patrol travels through the regulated area, reads license plates and organizes records with image, position, date and time for comparison with active parking tickets. This processing identifies situations that require review but does not issue citations automatically. Enforcement and any decision about a violation remain with the competent traffic officers and municipal authority.

The operation is concentrated in the Campo Grande commercial district and has a service center at Shopping Campo Grande. When service expanded to Rua José Vieira Gomes, the municipality recorded the installation of parking meter number 33 and the addition of 39 spaces for motorcycles, cars, short stays, loading and unloading, older people, people with disabilities, and passenger pickup and drop-off. The configuration organizes different uses of the same public space.
