Digipare, Digicon parking meters and integrated enforcement in Belo Jardim

In Belo Jardim, our technology connects parking payment with field operations. Digipare lets drivers register a license plate, buy credits and activate a parking period from a phone. The operation also provides Digicon parking meters and Vaga Digital field attendants for people who prefer on-street service.

In the management environment, Olho Vivo Parking organizes rules, parking activations and license plate queries. The app, on-street equipment and in-person service work within the same operation, reducing reliance on a single channel. The deployment design also included points of sale at local businesses.

At the parking meters, drivers can pay by card or coin, in line with the options published by the municipality. The local design separates metered spaces for cars and motorcycles from loading areas and includes reserved spaces for older adults and people with disabilities. Hours, rates, exemptions and other rules should be checked through official municipal channels because they may change during the operation.

For enforcement, the Electronic Ticket Book guides data entry, gathers evidence and transmits the record to the authority's environment. The authorized team checks the plate, classification, notes and other elements before confirming an occurrence. The technology does not issue citations automatically: observation of the facts, classification, review and the decision remain with the competent officer and authority.

The municipality itself explains that an irregularity notice issued within Vaga Digital is not an immediate fine. It opens a regularization step through the available channels; if the case proceeds to a traffic violation notice, the analysis remains the responsibility of the public authority. This separation between service, operational control and the administrative decision makes each system's role in the city clear.

Municipal publications from January 2026 record the start of the live operation and identify Digipare, parking meters and field attendants among the service channels. The public procurement process defined the scope as the leasing of equipment and systems, deployment, maintenance and assisted operation of metered parking.
