Can I transfer credits to another vehicle?

Generally, yes — the balance usually stays in your account, not tied to a specific car. What you normally cannot transfer is an activation already in progress from one vehicle to another. It is worth understanding the difference between two concepts: the credit/balance you carry in your app account, and the activation you trigger for a specific plate. The first is flexible; the second is not.

Account balance vs. plate activation

  • Balance (credits): the amount available in your app account. Since it belongs to the account, you can normally use it to activate any vehicle registered to that same account — your car, your motorcycle, a relative's car, and so on.
  • Activation: this is when you "spend" part of that balance to keep a specific plate compliant for a period. That activation is tied to that plate and that time. You cannot take an activation in progress and simply move it to another plate.

In practice: how to use the balance across several vehicles
